Q: How soon after I place my order can I expect to receive my product? A: Your order will ship in 3-4 business days.
Q: Where do you ship? A: We ship to Canada and all parts of the United States only.
Q: What is your return policy? A: Due to the very personal nature of our products, we are sorry, but we cannot accept returns. However, if there are any concerns, we will work with you to resolve any issues. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
Q: I want to use a credit card, but I don't see where to enter my credit card information. A: If you would like to use a credit card on our site, please select the PayPal option. PayPal is our secure credit card processer. When you check out, you will be directed to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?

Ingredients and Usage
Q: What type of fragrances do you use in your products? A: We use both natural and synthetic fragrances in our products. Our 100% natural products are fragranced with essential oil.
Q: Do you use preservatives in your products? A: We only use preservatives in our curlicreme product. Eva's Shea Buttah and our Body Oil Mists do not contain preservatives.The shelf life of the average product is 6-8 months.
Q: What ingredients do you use? A: Our ingredients are natural. We use unrefined shea butter, soybean oil, white beeswax and coconut oils. While our fragrances are man-made, they are less than 5% of the final product.
Q: How long does a jar Eva's Shea Buttah last? A: It depends, of course, on how much you use per day. However, with modest use, a 4 oz jar should last at least three -four weeks.
Q: My shea butter is very soft! What should I do? A: Place the jar in the refrigerator. It will firm up and be ready for use in about 15 minutes, depending on the size of the jar.

Q: Do I have to register to make a purchase? A: Yes. In order to checkout, you will have to create an account.
Q: What are the benefits of registration? A: Not only will you not have to re-enter your information when you come back to our site, but you will occasionally receive special discount codes and email notification of new products. Your credit card information is NOT stored.
